At ThePrintiva, every item is made-to-order through our print-on-demand partners. Because of this, we do not keep stock and have a limited return and refund policy. Please read carefully before placing an order.

1. Eligibility for Returns or Refunds

We only offer replacements or refunds in the following cases:

  • The product arrives damaged or defective.
  • There is a printing error.
  • You received the wrong item (wrong design, size, or color due to our error).

2. Non-Returnable Cases

We cannot accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for:

  • Buyer’s remorse (e.g., change of mind, wrong size or color selected).
  • Delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or external factors outside our control.
  • Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.
  • Slight variations in color or placement due to the printing process.

3. Reporting an Issue

If your order has a problem:

  • Provide your order number and clear photo/video evidence of the issue.
  • Once reviewed, we will arrange for a replacement or a refund (depending on the case).

4. Refunds & Processing

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
  • Depending on your bank or payment provider, additional processing time may apply.
  • In most cases, customers are not required to return defective or incorrect products.

5. Cancellations

  • Orders can only be cancelled within 2 hours of purchase.
  • After production begins, cancellations are not possible.
